PRODUCT INFORMATION
The electronic card inside the actuator operates between 12-32 VDC and provides current protection for the motor. When the starting and end-of-stroke positions are pressed on the limit switches, which are normally open (NO), it is detected and grounded.
The electronic card power requirement is a maximum of 4 Watt (15V x 265 mA) to prevent damage to the driver units and has a DC-DC converter feature. Thanks to the programmable electronic card, the analog position information produces an output voltage between 0V – 3.3V (maximum) according to the position of the actuator.
When the actuator is closed, the output voltage is 0V, and when it is open, the output voltage is 3.3V (maximum). In addition, the lap information is counted and stored, and the position can be determined by reading the voltage corresponding to that lap.
