High Design Capability
Detailed technical data packages are created as a result of the design, analysis and optimization of products such as actuators, electromechanical units, gears, gearboxes, transmissions and differentials. Thanks to the analysis carried out with engineering package programs such as Siemens NX, MASTA, ANSYS, KISSsoft etc., which are used under license, pinpoint designs are revealed. With its experienced staff, preliminary design and detailed design documentation are carefully prepared and presented to the customers.
Machining Production
Machining services are offered in accordance with the principles of high precision, quality and efficiency. Our expert staff manufactures parts that are fully compliant with the specifications and technical requirements of our customers. With our 5-axis CNC vertical machining and lathe machining centers, shrink fit tooling and precision machining processes are offered.
Electronic Card
It realizes the design and production of electronic cards that can provide the features required by the customer. With its experienced staff with IPC-600, IPC610, IPC620, J-STD-001, 7711-7721 trainings, component selection, PCB design, prototype production and typesetting processes are carried out in accordance with environmental conditions. PLC automation applications, embedded software and interface programs with various communication protocols (CAN/BUS, RS422 etc.) can be created in-house.
Cabling Production
It creates the cabling applications needed in the projects with its equipment and expert team whose IPC certificates are kept up to date. The production is carried out by meeting the anti-static discharge (ESD) requirements in accordance with military and aviation standards, guaranteeing the functions of the cabling with 100% quality control and electrical testing processes.
Welded Manufacturing
Welding processes of aluminum, steel and stainless steel materials are carried out in accordance with technical documents and quality standards. Non-destructive testing methods such as liquid penetration and magnetic particle inspection are used and reports are recorded.
Quality Control
Quality control processes are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. In addition to the CMM, caliper, micrometer, gauge sets whose calibrations are periodically monitored, there are also many control equipment such as fluke, oscilloscope, multimeter. With its trained staff, control records are kept in accordance with the quality management system and traceability of the processes from input quality to final quality before shipment can be ensured. The performance tests of the manufactured products are carried out 100% and the test reports tracked with serial numbers are sent to the customers together with the shipment batches.
Quality Assurance
Our company has ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates for quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety. Since the day it was founded, it has a dynamic structure that keeps itself up-to-date and improves itself with audits carried out by internationally accredited organizations every year. Proposal, sales, purchasing, production planning, production planning, production and delivery processes are carried out through SAP and ERP software to ensure traceability. Risks and opportunities are evaluated by creating target performance analyzes thanks to the data of the monitored processes. Customer satisfaction is prioritized and feedback is responded to quickly. Continuous corrective improvement activities, 8D, 5S Kaizen studies are carried out.
Test Systems
The design and production of test machines that meet the requirements for the developed projects can be realized in our company. In addition to the test rigs where we can check the sealing, performance and life criteria created for our products, there are special test system solutions produced according to customer demands. In these machines, parameters such as load, torque, speed, efficiency, temperature, time, current, voltage, etc. can be measured by sensors and recorded and reported.
